Carbs in vitamins

For those of you counting carbs do you count the carbs in your vitamins? I am taking a liquid multi that has 5 total carbs in them and was wondering if I should count the carbs since I am trying to stay under 50 carbs a day.

    I think that medication shouldn't have carbs in them to begin with! I was on Atkins during Feb and I had to count the carbs in Tums (and I chew them every single nite). Made less that I could eat. A shot of Nyquil has 19 in it! Wow!

    I agree marfar, it's crazy medications/vitamins have carbs. That's why I never got into the yummy calcium chews because they take up a lot of carbs for the day and not worth it, fortunately there are other options.
