Help!!

I was banded this past Friday, March 15, 2013. I was wondering how am I going to be able to get all of the calories and protein that I need because I can drink very little and feel very full which I like but I don't want my body to go into starvation mode and I'm pretty much constantly drinking something whether it is water or a protein shake. Thanks ahead of time for any advice :)

Miss73 is correct! Focus on staying hydrated. Protein will come later.
