Liquid Diet

I start my liquid diet tomorrow for two weeks. I have my surgery on the 27 of March I am so excited. I hope that this liquid diet go smoothly. THE doctor said I can have one protein shake in the morning and one for lunch and for dinner I can have a four ounces of lean meat with a half of cup of vegetables.

Consider splitting your shakes into two servings each and spacing them out. That way you can feel like you have more to eat!

Started my liver shrink diet this past Tues(3-12) and have lost 9.5 lbs as of my weight in today at the docs. Really not having hunger on pretty much the same diet you described at although not real thrilled with the shakes handling it pretty good. Scheduled for surgery on March 26th. Excited and scared at the same time. Good luck to you.

Yes everything is going fine. I talk to my doctor today and he told me more thing I can try.

Try premier. The chocolate is good. Vanilla, not so much. You can get them at SAMs or Costco.
