Sf cocoa and Sf pudding is full liquid. Clear liquids you can see through them.

​Congratulations. Were you given a list of what you can have? That is the only list you should be having anything from. I was given pre-op a booklet that lists every stage and gives examples of product names etc. SF Popsicles are clear liquid. I had those a lot and still do.

yes i was infact just studying it now. I was just confused as to if those were stage 2 n I have my answer. thanks for replies.
