Physical Therapy

I have my first visit for PT today as part of my 6 month pre-op. What should I expect?

I never heard of seeing a PT for pre-op. I guess every insurance is different.

I wouldn't have minded it.. My abdominal and back muscles are shot!

Ok so I went in and it's 1 of 3 appointments. They just test you basically how many sit ups, wall push ups, stretches, etc you can do within a one minute period.

The goal is to improve in each visit.
