just realize its not easy and there will be times you wanna say f**k this

just keep busy, keep drinking and understand its just readying your body for surgery..

around day 5, i realized it wasnt soo bad.and so will you...so just hang in there and stay positive...the light

is there at the end of the hallway..dont turn it off

I just kept saying to myself there is a surgical reason they had me do this diet and I never cheated on the diet cause I never knew if it would mess something up or make surgery harder.

I know it seems like a long time to not eat anything of ...substance but I wanted to make sure that my liver was shrunk I did not want any complications with my surgery... I also wanted to prove to myself that I could do something as instructed and not whimp out.. it was really hard but so worth it..I had my surgery with no problems and am losing at a regular rate... hang in there it will be so much easier on you if you do...
