Gaining back 16 months after? Anyone having similar problems

Totally untrue, unless the person starts over eating or going back to bad habits.

If you never really followed the rules then it would make sense that you're gaining. Weight loss is really basic math, if you burn more calories than you consume you lose. I would be willing to bet

Track your food and track your calories.. Use your resources at NYU. Call your nutritionist get some food counseling. Go to the monthly support group.. FOLLOW the RULES!

I was banded September 2011 at NYU. The result was better than I could expect - 135 lbs off . Never followed rules strictly, but was still loosing. Not any more. Last month with no change in my eating habits I started gaining back, and it goes fast - like 10 lbs a month!! Anyone having similar problems? My restriction nis still pretty good. Do not see any difference. SOS
