Did you find out about if you are doing net carbs or regular carbs? I was thinking about switching over to "a carb is a carb" and try that for awhile and knock out sweeteners, but it will probably be hard, but if I focus on just getting carbs from veggies/fruits, I think I can do it.

no, I didn't but I think it's just carbs because my NUT said I'll be getting my carbs strictly from the veggies, yogurt, etc I eat rather than other things that I would like to eat. I didn't bother asking. I figured it was smarter for me to do it that way :)
