I was banded 1/22 down 28lbs and no fill needed yet!

I am in the mood for a drink tonight??? Think I can have one I will be counting it in my calories

    I plan on marking my 4 week bandiversary on Monday with a glass of Merlot. I miss my wine. I too, will count it in my calories Congrats on your 28 pounds.

    I have tried a glass of wine on 3 different occasions. I am a red wine girl. Each time I drank about 1/2 glass. Twice I felt like I had a hangover the next day. The one time I didn't was when I drank a merlot. May try a white next time to see what happens.
