How Much Time Off Work?

I am just curious how much time you all took off work post op? I have a desk job ... I sit on my but all day 8-5

      Same here... Surgery Thursday monring, home by 3pm. At the mall on Saturday. back to work on Monday.

      I work for the State so I sit all day at my desk as well 8 - 5 so I took off for one week but I had a little issues with the pain in my left should and ended up taking off a total of 8 working days.

    i took 2 weeks. i have a desk job but after sitting for long periods of time i was sore. im glad i took off the full 2 weeks. Everyone really is different.

    I took two full weeks. Returned to work on Thursday and was glad to have the weekend after two days. I did have a hernia fixed and plication and don't really know if that's the difference but I still couldn't drive after one week cuz a wave of pain could hit and I would just need to sit still until it passed. I've never had any other surgeries/procedures to compare this to.
