I just got my second fill yesterday and was feeling a little discouraged. Seeing your pictures really motivated this morning. I hope to do as great as you!! congrats and keep it up

I had my second fill today. Im hoping i feel this one more then the first one. My doc also gave me a B12 shot for energy. Has anyone else noticed there 2nd fill made a difference also has anyone notice any benefits from the B12 shot?

I know everyone is different but ..... after you have received ur second fill is there more of a differece? I was banded on 2/14 and going for my sec fill next week. I have only lost 7ish pounds and feel discouraged. I feel really feel more hungry then before surgury!

I was banded on feb 15 and have had one fill. Ive only lose 5 pounds. My doc told me to be patient until my 3rd or 4th fill.

it sounds crazy but my sister that is an RN gave me this tip and it worked. Plan old alcohol on a cotton ball.

I get my first fill today and very nervious. I hate needles and im a big baby!! Also im starving I all I had was soup and water earlier. I hope when I leave the office I wont be starving and able to do the clear liquids. Any advice?

I agree shay! I was banded on the 15 of feb. My doc said by my first fill I will feel restriction. I honestly get very hungry and find it hard not to eat like my old ways. everyday I try

i have aenta ppo it was exactly 15 days and they told me over the phone. the next day they faxed info to the doc and i had a surgery date.

i took 2 weeks. i have a desk job but after sitting for long periods of time i was sore. im glad i took off the full 2 weeks. Everyone really is different.
