Sore throat

I got a fill a week ago. I believe i have finally hot the green zone but i have pbd a couple times My own fault. Now my throat feels swollen and hirts. Anyone else have this

PBing can irritate your throat or you could be getting sick. I would suggest calling your doctor.

In the mean time try a day of liquids and see if that make it feel better.

I woke up with a sore throat Monday and now it is a full blown cold with the stuffy noise. Maybe it is starting slow like mine did. I hope not because it sucks.

Yeah this is not a sickness it feels like my throat is closing on me and it wont go away
