Shoulder Pain When Hungry

Does anyone else experience this? I find that if I haven't ate for a while or get to hungry my shoulder/collarbone will start to hurt. I was banded on 2/6/13 and this never happened before. It almost feels like the gas pains, but it only happens when it's time for me to eat.

I did a little bit the other day, but mine mostly happens after I've eaten, like if I have drank a protein shake too quickly or eaten soup too quickly it comes, and I either stop or slow down. It didn't happen to me before hand until I started getting hungry the other day for the first time since surgery!

Had surgery the 19. Haven't had any shoulder pain.

I get that also during my meal. Can't figure out if it is a stop signal or not. But I typically stop eating when it starts. 2 weeks post op.

I get it when I have to burp or hiccup. It's new since banding. It's the same pain I had while I was just a few days out of surgery. I was banded 1/16/13
