protein shake?

So I'm starting my pre op diet tomorrow, I found protein shakes at Costco called "premier protein shakes" $25.00 for 18 pre made shakes. My first protein purchase. Any thoughts?? Suggestions?

I buy those. They are some of the best tastin I have tried and pretty low in calories considering how much protein they have.

Haven't checked those stores out yet, but if you have a Costco get "premier protein shakes" really yummy, good luck.

The one I buy, Body Fortress is at Walgreens but more money around $21-$23. in the Boston area.
