exercise

I have been wanting to start some exercise regime but can't seem to get motivated or find time or make it a priority. I am truly a very busy mom raising 5 boys under the age of 7 , working full time, and keeping up with chores at home. I would love to be able to run. Any advice?

Goodness you ARE a busy lady!

Could you do something at home that the boys would enjoy? What about a Zumba video or some other dance-like exercise that your boys could join in with you? Or what about one of the dance games for Wii or Xbox (if you have either)?

I only have one little guy so I often take him with me on my 2 mile walks. I know it would be a lot harder with 5 but would they enjoy joining you?

Are you able to get out before your hubby leaves for work in the morning and you have to get the kids up? I am out the door at 5:20 am, run to a friends house and then we walk 3 miles. It kills me to wake up that early but my fitbit motivates me to aim for 15,000 steps a day.
