I've been feeling like this lately but when I push myself to walk then I start to feel better

Are you eating enough? I have a very active job, and I work 13 hours/day. (10,000-14,000 steps a day when I wear a pedometer). Whenever I'm tired or hungry, I drink 2 cups of water. It helps!

Ugh I remember feeling like that when I was pregnant. It sucks!

I don't think I'm eating enough but I eat what I can which is mostly liquids

You & I had surgery on the same day. I too was feeling that way for awhile. I had my first post-op appt Monday & my surgeon thought it was because I wasn't getting enough calories even though I was following the nutritionist's guidelines exact. I added another (approx) 200 daily calories & it made a huge difference the last few days. My Dr said I should be between 800-1000 right now. I hope there's more pep in your step soon :)
