9 pounds in a week!!

  • Popular Post

I scheduled my initial consult a week ago with Dr Trace Curry in Cincinnati, Ohio. The lady that I talked to mentioned that the doc may want me to lose some weight before surgery since my bmi is above 50.

So I decided to do my calorie counting diet and.... Have lost 9 pounds in the first week!! Now I'm at 360lb now with a bmi of 51.6. I'm hoping to schedule my surgery in mid May and be around 330-340 at the time of surgery!

Thanks for the support everyone!

Fabric I actually just bought some Protein powder the other day. I thought for sure it would take me a while to find one I liked, but I love the kind that I bought! (It's cheap too! Lol) Probably because 90% of what I have drank for the last two years has been Water, so anything with taste is delicious to me! Lol

Thanks again!
