Vitamins

Can someone tell me what the best tasting "calcium+d" chewable is and the best tasting "multivitamin" chewable is.....I bought centrum chew and oscal+d chewable but I am not thrilled with either.

Celebrate cherry flavor are the best tasting ones I have found for the multi-vitamin. You can get a sample for $3.00 on their website, but they give you a $3.00 coupon so essentially it's free if you end up buying the vitamins.

I used liquid multi's from GNC, this way I could mix it in water or my shake if the taste wasn't good. And due to my particularly low B counts I also take a liquid B vit that is from GNC.

You do not have to go chewable, there are some very quality liquid options. I use Max Effect, got it from Vitmin Shoppe. Great profile and it tastes very good.
