  2. Not to be gross it became so painful I needed to throw it up. What do I do now?

  4. I thought my psych evaluation was weak also. they were more concerned about what my expectations were for surgery and to make sure I never had eating disorder .

  8. Me too, lost eight pounds since surgery and I'm not budging, it sucks and its a little scary
  9. I am following my doctors orders exactly and haven't lost weight in a week. I know this sounds crazy but its making me nervous. Any advice?
  10. I also had plication who I think made my stomach more sensitive due to swelling. Ya my doctor said just cut them and I've been fine. No "stuck" feeling or anything.
  11. Thanks Texas, I started the mushy part of my diet today and the pills go idown better now..i don't know the correlation, big difference
  12. What I was Trying to say is, they go down fine but they are HEAVY on my stomach...
  13. I'm hoping now that I'm banded my dr can start taking me off meds.
  14. I've been banded for two weeks. I take about 8 pills a day. Most of my pills need to be cut in half now and it feels so heavy on my stomach. Will taking pills get easier as I go?

  16. I'm on day 7 .. With the shakes I get down about 40oz a day... Still figuring out difference between gas pain and hunger pain. I just can't tell.
  17. Mrsinto- I haven't had a gall bladder for about 13 years. Because of this I've had an issue with bile in my stomach. I'm not a person that really gets nausea. I think everyone has their own rate at which they heal. I was in the hospital for 2 nights but if I didn't stay I feel like I would Have been readmitted due to dehydration. Basically I'm saying listen to your Body, everyone is different.
  18. I got banded with plication on the 13th, my stomach is finally starting to settle in a bit. Had to stay extra day in the hospital due to nauseasness.
