Zinhaa congrats on your success. I couldn't image running to the end of the block let along a 1/2 marathon. You have amazing accomplishments. You will make goal in no time. You are doing awesome.

Well today is my 3 year bandaverary. No i am not ay goal 25 lbs away. But I have had so many accomplishments in the past three years. Who would have thought i would ever bike a 1/2 marathon and the icing on the cake was i finish ahead of many of 20somethings. I made a new years resolution and have already accomplished it. (spin class). Three years ago i couldn't have done those things. I fit in places more comfortably like booths at a resturant. I ask for things done the way i want them in resturants and get them like how things are cooked, substitutions and my famous please give me a doggy bag when you give me my food. And no i don't care where we go to eat cause food isn't that important to me. I am no longer or will ever be part of the clean plate club. Color is part of my clothes choice. My pressure is down and only take 1 med. for it. This carb girl doesn't miss rice or pasta or so much bread. It has and still is a journey. We have all had our ups and downs. So if you ask me am I happy with my decision 3 yrs ago i can totally say yes. Good luck on your journey may you all be happy with your decision. Thanks for listining.
