Before worying about what you eat, I'd be calling my dr to find out what's going on. Last year I sufferred from severe reflux at night and heartburn during the day. I ignored it for months, popping pills and sleeping propped up on 3 pillows. I finally went to my dr (I was so afraid he would unfill me) and found out my band had slipped. He did unfill me. Just for 4 weeks. Then slowly filled me back up. While I still have the minor slip, I no longer have the symptoms I had.

Heartburn is not a healthy sign. If it's transient, and a Tums works,I wouldn't worry about it too much, but constant heatburn, or nightime reflux,I would definitely see my dr.

Btw, I now take RX Prilosec, OTC Zantac, and Tums as needed. I really don't need many Tums anymore.

Good luck!

Oh, and stay away from red wine, chocolate, fried foods, and pineapple (all makes heatburn worse)

This should not be a thing you should feel you need to live with! Go to see your surgeon, chronic heartburn is a symptom of something else! Not treating heartburn can lead to many serious conditions so you should not pass it off as just annoying! My dad died a year ago from esophageal cancer. The doctor said it was a result of having chronic heartburn that wasn't treated for many years! See your doctor!

The ladies above offer wise advice. Meals should be your last concern right now, you need to contact your doctor ASAP. Heartburn and reflux can be a sign of a band too tight or a slip.

Well had some fluid out today omg thank you guys for advicei can eat awww

Glad you followed the advice of others and doing better.

Heartburn is a serious problem that No One should live with.
