Great find

I am not sure if this has been discussed in the past, but my surgeons' office told me about a food delivery service in Ontario that will deliver pureed & regular healthy frozen foods. Their prices are reasonable and they have a variety of entrees for just about any type of diet. The name is Copper County Foods and they have on-line ordering.

I haven't had my surgery yet so I can't comment of the taste. I'll let you know.

We used this company for my mother when she got out of the hospital..could only eat minced foods. Meals on wheels provides the same service. They're convenient but I doubt you're going to be getting anywhere near the protein you need. If you're going to be using them please let us know how you find the meals. Perhaps a lot has changed over the last 3years.
