First Slim Incident

Well I had my first slim incident. I took one of my pills which I cut in half. I took the first half just fine, but the second one went down wrong and right on que my band was like hell no. Now I know what a slim/stuck feel like. At least it came up! Just thought I would share this. :)

Must have been a huge pill? I have one I take every morning and so far so good. I keep expecting it to get lodged in the stoma but not yet. I try to take it with lots of Water before and following.
