weight loss

I am 3 weeks out from surgery. I am exercising an hour a day and taking in 900-1000 calories but I am not losing any weight. Does anyone have any suggestions. It's frustrating.

yes I have, she said 1000 calories Im just at a loss as to why Im not losing anything

What is your current weight. Lower BMI bandsters loose slower than those of higher weight. Pre and post op I'm down about 170, and am in a major stall. I eat around 1200 cals and do 1 hr cardio 7 days a week. I'm awaiting tests to see if I have thyroid, PCOS, or cortisal issues.

Sometimes right after surgery the weight loss stalls while your body heals. Don't give up.... I ate 1000 calories for 23 months to lose my weight...even through the stalls. It will come off!!!

I'm in the same boat right now n very frustrated but I think I'm loosing inches. My cloths feels n looks loser. I'm going to start measuring. I worked out 2 hours a day this week 5 days n still didn't loose. Ugh ya very frustrating.

This is why it's a really good idea to periodically take your measurements. That is the true way to know.
