Protein

All my life I have never eaten healthy. Now that I am banded I am doing my best to eat correctly. Can you guys give some help? I am really not educated when it comes to protein. Can you suggest to me some foods that are high in protein that is considered moist? Thanks got your help,

Wendy's chili, homemade chili (try adding beans for extra protein or buffalo meat or venison to lower the fat content). Frozen edamame is fun to eat and yummy. Greek yogurt packs a lot of protein in one serving. Eggs in any form and meats in any form (chicken, fish, turkey, pork, beef, etc). Turkey bacon is yummy. Cheese an cottage cheese. Make up some taco meat or spaghetti sauce with meat.

Once you are healed you should really focus on solid protein versus mushies. That said I do have Greek yogurt for breakfast though I do add half a scoop of protein powder and some high protein cereal. I eat a lot of skinless chicken breast. I buy a roasted chicken from Costco and have chicken breast for lunch everyday.
