Stage two ...full liquids. I've not had any true full feelings yet as in "stop now out its coming back up" I've drank very slow and can feel the liquids dripping into my second stomach.

It's not really a feeling of it's coming back up, it just more of a feeling or whoa I am satisfied stop now. For me I never really feel like it's coming back, I just feel like I am bloated if I eat to much.

I like that, a hard stop. It is a way of the body letting you know you need to stop.
