Lapband surgery April 17th

My Lapband surgery is TOMORROW ...... April 17th at 7:30

AM. I have to be there ar 6:30 AM and Topeko, KS is 2 hours from

where I live!! Part of me is very excited, yet part of me is scared

to death!! This will be a life changing surgery ... my life will

never be the same again ..... the way I eat will never be the same

again .... the person I am will never be the same!! I am kinda

referring to my surgery date as my 're-birth day'.

The 10 day pre-op diet has not been as bad as I thought it might

be. I have not cheated once I can say!! The hardest part is fixing

meals for my family and not eating it.

Say a prayers for em PLEASE!!

Oh, I am so excited for you, your surgery is tomorrow. I understand your being nervous, but it will so be worth it in the end. I am sure you will do well, and make sure you check in with us afterwards once you feel up to it and let us know how you are doing.

My thoughts and prayers are definitely with you.

Sherri, congratulations to you and Amourette. I think there is one other person but I can't find my list to check. So, the best to that person also. Sherri you will be just fine, and yes you are starting a brand new exciting life. But look at all the people you have pulling for you on the other side. I hope to join you next Monday. Let us know how your doing after your surgery.

Roberta

It is really normal to be nervous. Be good to yourself today. You are in for a lot of changes, but it is good stuff. Keep reading and posting here - I think it helps. Good luck to you.
