can't sleep

Can banders have melatonin? I know my doc said no ibuprofen, bc pills or naproxen. But we never talked about melatonin. Warm tea isn't helping.

    I'm not sure, but did you try camomile tea? This may be what you mean by warm tea, but was not sure.

    Yup tried tea 2012. No dice. Tylenol pm would be permitted, may have to get some. Thx Steph.
