Having 2nd thoughts

I am 10 days away from surgery and I am questioning the decision I am making. I don't know if it is nerves or what is going on. Im 6 days into my PRE op diet. Haven't lost a pound. Feeling discouraged and thinking about changing my mind. How do I know if this is the right choice for me.

I think we all go through that questioning stage. I know I did.

Only you can answer if its right for you.

Can you do what is required of you as far as eating the right foods and limiting your portions?

Are you ready to change your lifestyle?

Whatever you decide, I wish you the best.

Yes we all go through the "should I or shouldnt I phase". I did it right up until they put me under. I am so happy I went through with it. Although I am still a newbie, I was ready for a change. Its not easy but once you start seeing a difference you dont want to go back to your old ways.

God luck in what ever you decide.

Becks, I went through a horrible time a couple weeks ago feeling like this. I questioned everything you can think of.. Did I make the right decision, did I chose the right clinic, did I do enough research on this clinic, are the surgeons going to kill me, ... My list goes on and on. I had so much anxiety and panic I couldn't stand myself.

I called the clinic I am going to and let them know how I was feeling. They gave me reassurance and answered all of my questions also consulting with me more.

I am now at ease and my surgery is on Monday. :)
