Printable food/exercise tracker?

So, I know many people rely on sites/apps such as MyFitnessPal, but I just never keep up with electronic versions of these things. I have my wedding in 5 months and I have to get really freaking serious about this.

Does anyone have a good, printable tracker that handles both of these things? Would like to keep track of calories/protein/carbs and fitness as well.

Thanks!

I know it does, but I don't want to use an online tracker, as I mentioned in my first post.

How do you get My Fitness Pal to track carbs? I have the free version...do I need to upgrade my app? :)

I am not sure about a printable tracker. Sorry.

If you log onto the my fitness pal website you may be able to adjust your settings so you can track your carbs.

The advantage to MFP is that ALL of the nutritional info (carbs, etc) is already on the site/app. The way you're describing sounds grueling and I'm thinking would give you a greater chance of dropping off because it's so much harder. Heck, I even struggle with entering the info when it's as easy as scanning a barcode from my phone. But I guess maybe that is just me. Good luck!
