aetna

a friend of mines has aetna and called to see about wls they initialy said they couldnt find info on it and then said that they dont cover it at all is this true or did this person not look into it enough? or does it depend on the type of plan she has?

did you talk to your insurance company before you started the lap band journey? if so did they tell you right away that it wouldnt be covered? also are you able to tell me what plan you have this way i can ask her if she has the same plan?
