Why?

Why when I eat soups I feel I can eat more and more!? Like a veggie soup with carrots squash and cabbage .... Is it the same 1/2 cup of solid food then 1/2 cup of veggie soup!?

Soups are tricky. The broth passes thru the pouch and ac like a slider food. For me they fill me up but don't hold me for more than about 3 hours. bit I love them and eat them often so I try to have a fruit for a snack.

To get a good idea make sure you measure the veggies to know how much you are eating. Count the calories then see what the calories are in the broth.... Then you will know if you can eat more broth.

If u haven't had the fill yet and the swelling went sown from surgery say 1mo passed then soft food u can eat and eat. Because once the swelling goes down the pouch is open till the fill

I don't regret any decision in my life because at the end I will make it work

Thanks! I made the soup so how would I know the calories in it?
