I hear a lot about being in the green zone or not in the green zone .. n I have no clue what that means? Can someone fill me in

    Being in the green zone means having just enough restriction that keeps you satisfide 4-5 hrs. between your lap band meals.

    Red zone- you're too tight and you need an unfill. Yellow zone- you don't have enough restriction and you need a fill.
