12 days since banding

I have now been on a liquid diet for a month and still have 11 days left according to my doctor...I'm bored with my menu..any suggestions? I know I haven't been filled and could eat regular food but I don't want any I'm just bored..and does anyone know why everything has to be sugar free...so far I'm down 15 pounds...

You need low calories and low sugar amounts so your body can heal and try and burn the fat cells on your body. If you eat sugar, it will burn this as fuel and not the fat on your body. Use nonfat greek yogurt with Stevia. SF popsicles, SF jelly and Crystal light flavor drinks to mix up the flavors and varieties. Stay on track and you will be okay.

Sugar and all simple carbohydrates have no nutritional value and should be avoided. Most of us became fat due to excessive simple and complex carbs combined with fats so it's a no brainer, don't consume sugar if you want to continue to lose weight.
