The process was hard or the actual band?

I expect both

My process was fairly easy and so was the initial weight loss. You can't get in the mindset where u think the band is the solution. It's a tool. And never compare yourself to others. Follow your drs guidelines and you will be fine

I agree 100% with ballajones. Never get the mindset that the band is the magic wand. To lose weight and keep it off you have to work hard and you have to WANT it!

Good luck! I never thought my 6mo pre-op was ever going to end and now I am scheduled for surgery! SO surreal! I hope after surgery I can help with more advice on this site. I can't wait to give back since everyone has helped me so much. Keep pushing forward girl!!
