2 week liquid diet shakes

Hello,

I'm about to start this and I'm trying to find different protein shakes.

How do these look?

The one you posted looks good. Some don't like shakes mixed with water, and even skim milk can add carbs and calories. If you find you don't care for the water, try unsweetened almond milk in either plain or vanilla. It is only 30 calories per cup and high in calcium.

that brand is one of the ones my nutritionists has approved, she also approves of Carnation Instant Breakfast Sugar Free and the Atkins ones. I have purchased small amounts of each one (you can get Pure Protein in 12oz pre made cans). so I can see which i like best before buying in bulk.

i use the whey extreme from walmart in chocolate......still have one each morning...and its delicious and like knowing i have some protein in me to (gas me up)..
