Great job! Not sure what to expect next.. Didn't hard to do a 6 month diet. But your surgeons office should keep In touch with u as to what h need to do when!

Welcome to the forum! I too had to do the 6mth supervised diet and like Blondie said, my bariatric team told me every step I needed to take and got me approved.

If I may make a suggestion, spend the next 6mths learning everything you can about the band. What it does and doesn't do. You can get a lot of useful information from this site. You'll also get a lot of support and inspiration too.

I had to do a 6 month diet. Just remember, see the same person and don't skip a month, or you have to start all over. it was a good time to learn about the band and the changes I would have to make. The time flew by, and it was not too hard. I actually wasn't expected to lose weight, either
