Second filll

Sooo, today I had my second fill. I found out I gained 3 lbs ???ª???ª. The holidays are hard. My doctor said over all I'm doing great. She said its normal to gain a pound or two. How many fills does it take to get that "sweet spot"??? I'm curious? Also, I need new food recipes, I'm getting tired of the same old same old..... Happy New Year!!!
