Cereal is pretty much all carbs. You can find low sugar and high protein, but all cereal is going to be high carb.

I'm a cereal girl myself, so I'm really missing it now that' I've been banded. I did buy the Special K- Protein cereal, made with soy flakes. They are really delicious!

1/2 cup with skim milk and my cereal craving is satisfied.

Kashi go lean is the highest protein cereal I've found. Fiber One and Raisin Bran are not bad either. You could have it with some skim milk. Cereal is mostly carbs but if you account for it, there's nothing wrong with enjoying it every now and then.
