I need help..

Im not sure that i am measuring correctly..

How do I measure something that cant be put in a measuring cup correctly ?

Examples..Popcorn, Sandwich, Vegetables.

Is there a website that you guys know of that teaches all of this ? Im talking about raw veggies..like celery, broccoli etc. If i had a cup (2 big pieces of broccoli) of fresh veggies i wouldnt stay full long.

Another question..

What if u weigh some of ur meal and measure another part of ur meal ? How do u get the equivalent of it being a cup ?

Example: 3 oz chicken breast and 2 stalks of celery with cream cheese.

How many cups is that ? Im sorry Im asking 100 questions. Lol. Im just trying to prevent over eating.
