1mo 1week post op

Hey all quick question I am still on mushies till 1/19 per my doctor I am eating things like ground meat made in slow cooker fish turkey cold cuts cheese well cooked rice mashed potatoes egg whites egg salad low mayo caviar Soups cream soups soft veggies baked apples. But this holiday i couldn't help my self but pick at things like bread, had a tiny pc of very soft low sugar cake, baked chicken well things like regular food not mushies i chew it well but worried If i did damage the tummy or the band. I also worry that I had sushi not for the rice but for the raw fish. Doc is closed till after NYE .

I don't regret any decision in my life because at the end I will make it work

You probably didn't damage your tummy, but please get back to your doctors post op instructions. I know it's hard and as the swelling goes down it gets harder, but it is important to follow your doctors orders.

Good luck to you.
