Protein shake concoctions

Hi all -

I'm 8 days banded and 14 lbs down! (20 including my 2-week 1000 cal diet) I just left my doctors for my postop and really am so happy with this decision. I'm feeling great!

Anyway, I saw the other day someone posted about a Protein shake they make with banana, smooth Peanut Butter, some other ingredients and a scoop of unflavored protein.

That sounded amazing and I'm wondering if you all can share some other good shake recipes, I'm not a huge fan of them but I know how important they are!

Thanks!

My favorite, and only shake is vanilla protein, skim milk, and sugar free Chia tea concentrate. Love it and low calorie to boot. Adding fruit/sugar and peanut butter/fat ? Need to look at additional calories. Good Luck.

Where do you get S/F Chai Tea concentrate? That shake sounds delicious

I do vanilla protein powder with 1 c trop 50 orange juice and sometimes 4 frozen strawberries. It's only 150-170 calories. Or I do vanilla protein powder, 1 c skim milk and 1 Tbsp s/f pistachio powder, yummy! Or chocolate powder, 1 c skim milk and a couple ice cubes to make it extra cold.

Thanks for the ideas!

Pistachio powder sounds delicious! Where can I get that?

I put sugar free instant jello pudding in the shake like pistaticho or any flavor (1 table spoon worth)
