I had to complete 6 months of nutrition supervision. My last nutrition call from the nutritionist was December 3rd. She told me she was going to fill out her paperwork and send it out that night. So now i have to wait 2-6 weeks for that phone call. Yesterday marked the beginning of the 2nd week.... So now i wait and see when my insurance will clear me for the surgery!

So anxious and excited.

I am super nervous! My whole life I have been overweight! I have never been a size smaller than 18... That was in high school! So to be able to feel good, be healthy, and be able to shop is so exciting!

I know the lady has been trying to call me since the 6th but I didn't recognize the number! I would have been scheduled earlier!! I have Blue Cross. It's okay to be nervous its called being human! The 6 month nutrition diet is time consuming but trust me you learn a lot! At first I was hesitant about it but I tried my hardest! It's very eye opening and exciting!
