First post-op appointment

I had my first post op appointment today and I'm down 10 pounds. I'm so excited. Woo hooooo!

    Awesomeness!! I had my first appt today and down 13lbs! I didn't get a fill ( will do that 12/31) but I can start to work in foods now! Yay!

    I agree with your doc, you shouldn't be getting fills until you can start eating real food.

    Great job, keep up the good work! This takes lots of patience.

    Congrats !! Keep up the good work!! I had my surgery six days ago I'm hoping to have lost ten pounds by my first dr appt dec 27th :)
