Almost 3 mths post op

So I'm almost 3 months post op and things have gone really well healing and weight lose wise. Today however I am in such pain and have been all day...it kind of feels like gas pain but I don't know all I know is its so uncomfortable nothing has made it feel better I have barely eaten all day because of the pain I made it through work and am heading home to try some gas x maybe that will help. Any one else ever experienced anything like this? It's just so uncomfortable!!
