Down 30+ Plus Pounds

Sooo, I went to my dr, just to follow up since my surgery and when I stepped on that scale I couldn't believe what I saw...I'm down a total of 36 pounds since August!!!! My first fill was supposed to be this week but, got rescheduled for this Thursday... I'm still nervous about the fill, will I be in pain, discomfort?? Can I do normal things like exercise? Myfitnesspal helped me sooo much..

good job, well done I got baned in Aug also isn't it the best thing ever? so happy for you

The fill doesn't hurt... Just a little poke like a shot and then you feel some pressure... But no pain! Great job!

Great job! Keep up the good work.
