Pre 1St Fill

I was banded on oct 29th. Prob lost 4 to 6 lbs a week since. Is this normal or ok? Not sure if I'm on track or not. Going for 1st fill next week!

    the more u have to loss the faster it comes on in the begning you and men loss faster then us so keep up the good work.

    Sounds about right... Depending how much you need to lose the weight seems to fall off in the beginning if you are doing everything right which it sounds like you are. Good for you!!!

    Thanks y'all. I was Kinda worried the doc was gonna get on to me for not losing enough. Lol. Do you usually feel much more restriction after 1 fill? I'm trying to keep my portion size down & not snack but am getting hungrier by the day! Lol
