Try Premier shakes.30 grams of protein per shake. Delicious! I get them at Sam's Club .

I use Matrix powder and 1 c of regular almond milk. I find that the almond milk gives it a more tolerable texture and has some Protein in. When I make one - they have 25g of protein in!

I also still supplement (3 wks out) with Isopure zero carb Protein drinks - apple-melon is my favorite. Those have 40g of protein per bottle. I have found them at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe!

Best of luck!

I use GNC lean shakes, for the holiday they have special flavors right now..pummpkin spice and mocha mint....you can also order online from GNC?com if you have that store local. gNC will let you taste sample them too to see if u like. Also, myou can bring back if you don't like or use. Best of luck!!

I drink EAS Advant Edge, Carb control. 17g of protein and only 110 calories. Sometimes I blend it with ice...yummy!

I also use the Premier Protein shake that I get from Sam's. I really like them. I have heard also that Shakeology shakes are good and have your daily vitamins in them.

I use Isopure zero carb shakes because they don't need to be mixed or refrigerated and have no soy or lactose. I am in sales and travel so when i need an easy, quick, pick me up, these work for me. They are from GNC.

I like the Atkin's ones. Either vanilla or chocolate!
