Anyone know if it is ok for us to use. It turns into a gel. Think it's ok??

My nutritionist gave me a list of approved items to use and chia was one of them.

I eat chia seeds and they are a great snack when you are feeling hungry for "something." A small amount is very satisfying.

Great soluble fibre and very nutritious, I make my own muesli with tons of chia seeds and LSA mix, nuts and sunflower and pumpkin seeds, with oats as the base. Sooooo yummy, can't beat it for breakfast.

Hey all. I work at bakers delight, an australian bakery and we use chia seeds in bread they are tiny and also i wholemeal fruit buns and loafs. I talked to one girl who had a band and she would have small bites. But chia seeds can be put with anything

they get stuck in your teeth and swell up! LOL Maybe we will all be fuzzy and green inside!
