It has been 2 weeks since my last fill and I do feel restriction but I'm not losing, actually gained a half lb this week. I go back to surgeon in 2 weeks. I lost almost 10 lbs last month so I really don't know what is going on. Eating the same if anything a little less because I can't eat as much as I did last month before this fill. Guess it will all work out.

not always is the loss actual pounds...sometimes its more size than anything else...don't get discouraged...

thank you. Yes I can tell in my clothes, I'm in a size smaller than pre surgery and you are right I will try not to get discouraged.

Plateaus are totally normal and expected. I hit a 5 week long one where I didn't lose a pound, in fact I gained 2!

Its just a plateau... I had one for 3 weeks ...Try upping your water intake. Sometimes that sparks a movement... Or do something physical like cutting grass if you dont have snow on the ground....

thanks everyone, I guess it is a plateau, but that doesn't mean I like it! lol. Never have stalled like this yet until now and I'm only 5 months post op. I will increase my water, can't mow, we've already had hard freezes here in Western Ky and grass isn't growing and I'm awaiting on the snow...heehee however today is 60 outside on that note I think I will take the pup for a walk around the block. I have a Dachshund and she is only 19 mos old and loves to get out so it would do us both good to walk. I go back to the Dr on the 6th.
